What are the three major reasons you buy from us and not somebody else?
The reason that I came to you the first time was because you were a 3M installer. This no longer matters.

The major reasons that count is why we came back.
1) You are honest
2) You do quality work.
3) You are dependable

What is the point of difference that makes you want to deal with us?

See items 1,2, and 3 above. Without those we would have searched further,

If you could improve 2 things about us, what would they be, and how would you change them?

Because you are an independent, we may have to wait longer for your services than we like. As far as how to improve it, I guess you need to clone yourself. There is no second thing I wish to change.

What are the 2 things that annoy you the most when dealing with business in our industry?

We are not annoyed at anything. The variables in this business are unnerving. We sometimes quote on what we are told and find out that it is different when the job comes in. Because we are small and, quite frankly not as experienced as we should be, we get in trouble from time to time. Thank you for your expertise.
